Chapter Operations Ambassador

We are looking to grow our organization outside of its home chapter: WWP. To do so, we are looking for someone who can devote time making connections, assisting chapter presidents and their board, and maintaining communication with newer chapters. As part of the job, the COA will manage a team of agents that will help them keep consistent contact (especially with newer chapters) and ensure that the mission is being upheld. This multi-faceted position may be one of our most time-demanding jobs, as you must be accessible and well-versed in our organization's opportunities.

Director of Tutoring

This role will require updating our pre-prepared curriculum, standard tests, and more. The DoT will lead a team of Tutoring Agents to do research on relevant coursework and keep exploring for niche subjects to teach, including searching for and managing tutors. Responsibilities also include making sure all customers are happy with our services, collecting funds every month, helping chapter presidents maintain tutors and students, and more.

Networking Manager

Connections are a very powerful tool, which is why we are looking for someone willing to reach out to anyone and everyone hoping to partner with our cause. This can be looking for forms of advertisement, a simple shout-out for a shout-out, or events to align with similar causes. They should also be able to lead a team of agents to do the same. By doing so, the ND will work closely with the Marketing Director. They may also look for opportunities on how to strengthen our team, onboard new members, find ways to represent our cause in partnership with others, or find places to represent.

Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will be responsible for consistently posting on social media platforms and constantly looking for new ways to update upon events, opportunities, our cause, and more. Further, along with their agents, they will be looking for ways to promote our brand by working closely with the Networking Manager. However, the job will pertain to more than social media. It also means keeping proper tabs on our engagement, how we can appeal to all demographics, and conducting research to better our outreach.

Website and Newsletter Director

A functioning and easy-to-navigate website is how we can maintain the strongest connection to the online world. Working alongside the Director of Finances, Logistics, and Research, the Website and Newsletter Director will look for ways to improve our website. Along with our website comes the Newsletter. Posting upon new events, opportunities, our cause, and more, the WND will have a team of tech-savy and driven writer agents that will help them thoroughly conduct this work, post weekly writing, and promote our website.

Director of Finances, Logistics, and Research

Our funds are used for various purposes, from acquiring quality supplies to forming partnerships. The Director of Finances, Logistics, and Research will lead a team responsible for monitoring statistics closely and allocating our funds accordingly. This role involves compiling all relevant data, including website analytics, volunteer hours, and other resources, to assist the Event and Fundraising Coordinator in making informed decisions. The position requires ensuring our services remain accessible and operate smoothly. Finally, the team will use gathered information to prepare monthly and annual reports.

Event and Fundraising Coordinator

Outside of our source of funds through our tutoring team services, we require diversification. This role will require someone detail-oriented and adequate at searching for new opportunities to not only expand on our ongoing projects and sources of funds, but also look for alternate methods. This job will include leading a team to rigorously research and use findings to apply to our cause.
